What is this mod?

Power Domain is a mod of Megaprojects series. The mod introduces the upgradable building which is, essentially, a bigger Power Storage providing superb reserve source of energy, with potential furure benefits.

Megaprojects are extra tasks which are similar to Project Assembly. Megaprojects are more focused on personal gains for pioneers tather than FICSIT. Here is what you need to know about them:
- Megaprojects are colossal buildings which are either robust versions of existing buildings or something that introduces an entirely new mechanic. Or even both to some capacity.
- They have a fixed location in the world since they interact with their environment on getting built. For the same reason they can't be dismantled
- Like Space Elevator they require completion of multiple phases. With each upgrade functionality of the building improves and extends. Phases themselves heavily resemble HUB's Milestones, they can even unlock recipes, give inventory slots (and anything schematics can unlock in general). But it won't be easy, resource requirements are immense, prepare for a new automation challenge.
- When Megaproject gets unlocked, an initialization area will appear and its location will receive a map marker.

In order to not clutter player's HUD, upon unlocking any Megaproject, a new special building gets unlocked, called System of Megaprojects Management.

It has info on all Megaprojects you have access to including additional data. Overall status of Megaproject, current phase info.

In addition it manages per-player display settings (display of initializer's location on map, Megaproject preview hologram, currently tracked Megaproject progress in top right corner along with milestones and Project Assembly).

About Megaproject

- Level 1 and construction: Unlocked at Tier 4, after researching Expanded Power Infrastructure milestone. Location is revealed and initializaton becomes available. Provides 5000MW of power storage.

Level 2: Provides 25000MW of power storage.

Level 3: Provides 100000MW of power storage. Power Satellites recipe gets unlocked.

Level 4: Provides 1000000MW of power storage. Power input limit is removed.

All phases require Space Elevator parts, automation is, most likely, a viable solution.

Compatibility

1. Megaprojects work on vanilla systems, so no critical issues should occur by nature.
2. Multiplayer has been tested and was proved to overall everything should work, at least to an extent of building working as expected.

Known issues/unfinished content

1. 3D models for various phases of Power Domain are not yet finished. Current model will primarily be used for level 3 of the building, while new models will be made for the rest. That also applies to details of building, support beams are planned to be added for all of models, and levels 3-4 lack radar part on top. Also, proper build sequence animation system is still in development.
2. Megaprojects Library is not perfect and there are still limitations I'll need to work around. If jank happens, report it to me.

[EasyAlt Rebalance](https://ficsit.app/mod/EasyAltRecipes): Most of the balancing has been made with this mod in mind. I highly recommend playing with it to consistently get progressively better recipes throughout your playthrough.

[AniPack](https://ficsit.app/guide/2NThZriST6QUKi): In general, I suggest looking into a modpack assembled by myself, everything in it is more or less intertwined providing a Vanilla+/NG+ experience.

Megaprojects: Power Domain auf dem Server installieren

Satisfactory Server bestellen

Bestelle einen Satisfactory Server mit mindestens 4 GB RAM (6 GB empfohlen). Bei Multiplayer: +1 GB pro 4 Spieler.

Mod installieren

Öffne den Mod-Manager im Dashboard und suche nach "Megaprojects: Power Domain". Installations-Dependencies werden automatisch mitinstalliert.

Server neu starten

Starte den Server neu, damit die Mod geladen wird. Spieler müssen die Mod ebenfalls lokal installiert haben.

Häufige Fragen

Megaprojects: Power Domain funktioniert nicht nach Update – was tun?

Nach einem Satisfactory-Update müssen Mods aktualisiert werden. Prüfe auf ficsit.app, ob Megaprojects: Power Domain bereits für die neue Game-Version aktualisiert wurde. Bei Mado Hosting: Öffne den Mod-Manager und klicke "Alle aktualisieren". Wenn die Mod noch nicht aktualisiert ist, entferne sie temporär, damit der Server startet.

Megaprojects: Power Domain verursacht Crashes im Multiplayer – Lösung

Häufigste Ursache: alle Spieler müssen exakt die gleiche Mod-Version installiert haben. Prüfe in den Server-Logs nach "ModMismatch" oder "Version Conflict". Stelle sicher, dass alle Spieler Megaprojects: Power Domain v0.6.1 und den gleichen SML verwenden. Bei Mado Hosting laufen Satisfactory Server mit 6 GB RAM für stabile Multiplayer-Performance.

Ist Megaprojects: Power Domain mit anderen Satisfactory Mods kompatibel?

Megaprojects: Power Domain nutzt den Satisfactory Mod Loader (SML). Generell sind SML-basierte Mods untereinander kompatibel, aber Mods die gleiche Game-Systeme ändern, können Konflikte verursachen. Teste neue Mod-Kombinationen am besten auf einem Backup-Save. Im Mado Dashboard werden bekannte Konflikte automatisch erkannt und du wirst gewarnt.
