Molded Steel Plate

Adds a recipe to make Iron Plates from Steel Ingots and Concrete.

<h4>Why?</h4>
Production of every iron part can be upgraded to be produced with steel instead... ~<i>except</i>~ Iron Plates. Even the steel recipe for those (Steel Cast Plate) still requires iron ingots. Does this bug the heck out of you that you can't just turn your entire supply of iron ingots into steel ones before sending them off to the parts factories? Is it like one of those worst itches that you can't scratch that you still need to calculate out how much iron you need to reserve as <i>iron</i> ingots, all because of that one pesky part? Me too.

Introducing this mod's recipe. Now you can make ALL the steel, and slot iron plate production into your steel production lines with everything else, right alongside Molded Steel Beams and Pipes.
