What quantum skullduggery is afoot?

After unlocking the mod Milestones and vanilla Tier 9, expand the utility of the Converter and Quantum Encoder buildings in your production using new varieties of quantum magic recipes:

_Item replication_ - provide 1 Somersloop as a pattern to transform materials, birth another!

_Item duplication_ - multiply a variety of previous tier items, a la purple nanogoo printer!

_Item conversion_ - transform excess Copper ingots to Caterium, or engage in additional Ficsite alchemy!

_Item synthesization_ - rapidly increase your various fuel supplies, Nobelisk stockpiles, and base construction materials for increased exploration effectiveness!
