Space Derg Balancing

This is a personal mod of mine to change some things to the way I want. Certain mods are altered with this mod, however if you do not have that mod, it should not break your game. I provide this for public use, but it is done for my friends and for my hosting.

Everything I have done in this mod is done through [ContentLib](https://ficsit.app/mod/ContentLib).

Changes

~~I have changed all the recipes in [Structural Solutions](https://ficsit.app/mod/SS_Mod) to match their build costs with their logical material usages.~~ Sorry, I am dropping support for the recipes in Structural Solutions. I however still modified the milestone costs and locations at least. There are just too many recipes in SS for me to edit anymore. I may come back to this if someone can help me find a good way to bulk edit them all with some automation. I have however altered the train rail cost here to match a more proper cost as I use it a lot.

I have altered the [Cables +](https://ficsit.app/mod/AB_CableMod) mod, to combine all cable milestones with the one that unlocks the skyhook power pole.

I have modified the Hover Pack, to be unlocked earlier and be craft-able earlier.

~~I have removed patreon milestone from [Ficsit Farming](https://ficsit.app/mod/FicsitFarming). This milestone's unlocks have been removed, and the milestone has been disabled from showing up. It will only show up for people who have already completed the milestone.~~ Impossible to remove.

Plans & Wishes

I wish to be able to change certain things, however my skills do not extend that far. These are some things I will go ahead and note down.

I wanted to change the hover pack's flight speed, how quickly it slows down, its sprint speed, and give it power storage long enough to work for a duration outside of a power pole's range instead of instant shutdown. However, my attempts in this matter failed.

I also wished to be able to somehow make these hover packs be able to consume batteries in order to work outside of a power grid's network. However, this is beyond the scope of my skill set.

I wanted to change the chainsaw's required fuel to liquid biofuel, and give it an extended range. My attempts in this matter have failed too. I was in fact, able to change the fuel type required, but the change in range, failed.
