Thermite-Welded Frame

Adds an alternate recipe for Modular Frames called 'Thermite-Welded Frame' to the game. The recipe uses Aluminum Powder (introduced by the <a href="https://ficsit.app/mod/AluminumPowder">Aluminum Powder mod</a>) to cut up and fuse Reinforced Iron Plates into Modular Frames.

<h4>Why?</h4>
All of the basic iron parts (e.g. Iron Plates and Iron Rods) have late-game recipes for using more advanced materials to produce them in bulk, faster and more resource-efficiently.</br>

Modular Frames... kind of lack this, despite being a rather basic early-game part. Even their more advanced recipes are irritatingly slow, making it difficult to produce them in bulk compared to other very basic parts.</br>

The Thermite-Welded Frame recipe is here as a true late-game recipe to fix that. It is actually a slight downgrade in resource efficiency from the most efficient vanilla recipe (Steeled Frame), giving 1 Frame per 1 Plate, as opposed to steeled frame's 3 Frames per 2 Plates. But it is still decent on resources, and is a massive improvement in production rate. (10 Frames per minute at 100% machine rate. Double that of the fastest vanilla recipe, Bolted Frame, which is also a horrific resource hog.)</br>
