Thermite-Welded Plate

Adds an alternate recipe for Reinforced Iron Plate called 'Thermite-Welded Plate' to the game. The recipe uses Aluminum Powder (introduced by the <a href="https://ficsit.app/mod/AluminumPowder">Aluminum Powder mod</a>) to fuse Iron Plates into reinforced iron plates.

<h4>Why?</h4>
All of the basic iron parts (e.g. Iron Plates and Iron Rods) have late-game recipes for using more advanced materials to produce them in bulk, faster and more resource-efficiently.</br>

Reinforced plates... kind of lack this, despite being a rather basic early-game part. Even their more advanced recipes are irritatingly slow, making it difficult to produce them in bulk compared to other very basic parts.</br>

The Thermite-Welded Plate recipe is here as a true late-game recipe to fix that. It is not much (if at all) of a resource efficiency improvement over the most efficient vanilla recipe (Adhered Plate), since that recipe already seems about as good as the resource usage should get. But it is a massive improvement in production rate. (20 Reinforced Plates per minute at 100% machine rate.) Only Stitched Plate comes close (at 15/min), but is a horrifically resource-hungry recipe.</br>
