🚀 Installation Guide

Download a modern Minecraft launcher with built-in Modrinth support (e.g., Prism Launcher or the Modrinth App).  

Create a new instance set to Minecraft 1.21.1 running the NeoForge mod loader.  

Drop all the .jar mod files directly into the instance's mods folder.  

Allocate at least 6 GB of RAM in your launcher settings for smooth Distant Horizons rendering.

How to Set Up a Age of Aviation Server

Order Server

Choose at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended for Age of Aviation). Based on player count: per 5 players.

Install Modpack in Dashboard

Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "Age of Aviation" and click "Install". The neoforge loader and Minecraft 1.21.1 are configured automatically.

Start Server & Play

Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!

Age of Aviation server crashes or won't start – what to do?

Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong neoforge loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 6 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match. How much RAM does a Age of Aviation server really need?
