About this Mod

Killing Mobs Give OP Items (OpDrops)

A Minecraft mod built on the Fabric loader that makes hostile mobs drop overpowered loot when killed by a player.

Mod Overview

Tired of standard mob drops like rotten flesh and bones? Killing Mobs Give OP Items elevates your Minecraft combat by replacing or appending custom, highly overpowered loot to hostile mob deaths. Whenever a player slays a hostile monster, a randomized item stack from one of four tiered rarity pools is dropped.

Key Features

💥 Tiered Reward System: Items are categorized into Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Epic pools with decreasing drop chances.
✨ Over-Enchanted Gear: Weapons, tools, and armor have a 50% chance to drop with overpowered enchantments that exceed standard vanilla survival limits (e.g., Sharpness VII, Protection V, Feather Falling V, Wind Burst III, and more).
🎴 Anti-Duplicate Deck System: The mod uses a synchronized shuffled "deck" drawing algorithm for each tier, ensuring players get a diverse variety of drops in short succession without immediate duplicates.
🛡️ Extensive Loot Coverage: Includes standard utility blocks (Diamond/Gold blocks), high-tier ammunition (Fireworks, Ender Pearls), rare structures keys (Heart of the Sea, Nether Star), and endgame gear (Elytra, Trident, Mace).
