A Minecraft mod for NeoForge 1.21.1 that changes farmland hydration mechanics to be more natural and realistic.
What it does
- Farmland gets hydrated only by rain
- Farmland placed near water does not get hydrated
- Farmland never turns back into dirt — not from placing blocks on top, not from drying out, not from being trampled
- Rain gradually increases moisture level, drying happens when there is no rain and no water nearby

How to Install Natural Farmland on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Natural Farmland". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
