Description
Concrete Construction - Asphalt

Mod Collection Overview
Concrete Construction is a collection of 3 mods which where heavily inspired by D4rk's - [Structural Solutions](https://ficsit.app/mod/SS_Mod "Structural Solutions") mod (specifically the Concrete section of this mod). I thoroughly enjoy using this mod and I think 99% of my buildings in Satisfactory are made from Structural Solutions parts. It is through using Structural Solutions so much, that I found myself wanting more....
The mod is divided in to 3 parts which can be unlocked as Tier 1 milestones:
1. [Concrete Construction - Main](https://ficsit.app/mod/ConcreteConstructionMain "Concrete Construction - Main")
2. [Concrete Construction - Asphalt](https://ficsit.app/mod/ConcreteConstructionAsphalt "Concrete Construction - Asphalt")
3. [Concrete Construction - Curved Ramps](https://ficsit.app/mod/ConcreteConstructionCurvedRamps "Concrete Construction - Curved Ramps")
All together the mods add 5 new main categories to your build menu:
1. CC - Foundations
2. CC - Ramps
3. CC - Walls
4. CC - Domes
5. CC - Asphalt
###
The Asphalt mod is contained in it's dedicated category, whereas Curved Ramps adds items to CC - Ramps, CC - Walls and CC - Asphalt.

###
Due to the shear number of objects the mods add to the game, i've tried to make things more organised by colour coding the icons so its easier to identify different shape groups.
Concrete Construction - Asphalt Overview

This mod adds 71 buildables to the game that all have an asphalt texture.
The reasoning behind this mod, is that I always found the vanilla asphalt a little bit annoying due to the line running down the middle, and the inability to paint it.

With CC - Asphalt, there's no more line down the middle and it uses World Aligned Textures so pieces will seamlessly overlap.

Known issues
1. The only problem I'm aware of at the time of release is the snapping of very small or very large objects. Due to the limitation of using the vanilla hologram code, there's nothing to support correct snapping when shapes become too small or too large. Unless someone out there feels like making some hologram blueprints then the best solution is to make sure you have [Infinite Nudge](https://ficsit.app/mod/InfiniteNudge "Infinite Nudge") installed and nudge the problematic shapes in to place.

Credits
This is my first mod and in the process, i've asked hundreds of questions to which lots of people have taken the time to answer and explain things to me. Without them, Concrete Construction would not exist!
1. Muppet Burrito - Encouraged and convinced me to actually learn how this all works as well as answering hundreds of questions along the way. Muppet deserves the biggest chunk of gratitude in helping this mod come to fruition.
1. D4rk - This mod heavily draws upon [Structural Solutions](https://ficsit.app/mod/SS_Mod "Structural Solutions") for inspiration and without it, Concrete Construction wouldn't be what it is. As my first mod and with no experience in the field, I relied on [Structural Solutions](https://ficsit.app/mod/SS_Mod "Structural Solutions") not only as inspiration, but as a template to make sure my own mod worked correctly. In addition, D4rk also helped in figuring out how to make my materials function in the same way as his own concrete pieces do.
3. AngryBeaver - Took the time explain materials in detail and offered specific guides to help me understand my specific goals in making this mod.
4. Rovetown - Helped with troubleshooting problems and gave lots of feedback on how the mod is setup and what features are available.
5. Rex - Helped with troubleshooting problems.
6. Kimper - Gave feedback on the layout and features in the mod, as well as testing some aspects of the mod.
7. Robb - Explained some very useful aspects of mod deployment and saved the mod from being deployed as one big chunky thing.

Concrete Construction - Asphalt causing crashes in multiplayer β solution
Most common cause: all players must have exactly the same mod version installed. Check server logs for "ModMismatch" or "Version Conflict". Is Concrete Construction - Asphalt compatible with other Satisfactory mods?
Concrete Construction - Asphalt uses the Satisfactory Mod Loader (SML). Generally, SML-based mods are cross-compatible, but mods modifying the same game systems can cause conflicts. Test new mod combinations on a backup save. The Mado dashboard automatically detects known conflicts and warns you.
