Mycological Studies
Adds recipes allowing for renewable production of mycelia and bacon agaric, in a manner requiring interesting production lines.
Description
This mod adds a new milestone in T5 - "Mycological Studies", which unlocks three recipes:

- Basic Mycelium Farming (Refinery)
- Bulk Mycelium Farming (Blender)
- Bacon Agaric Reproduction (Refinery)
Bulk mycelium farming is numerically superior in both efficiency and production rate, but comes at the cost of increased logistics complexity and more advanced machines.
The primary intent behind this mod is renewable mycelium and agaric for their own sake - as some recipes do depend on them as an unlock or an ingredient - but this also allows for renewable biofuel, as a supplemental power option.
These recipes have been tuned to be strongly recursive, requiring the design of interesting factory production lines and feedback thereof to be fully automated, but are also designed to synergize with each other and vanilla, such that this factory can both be fully self-contained and run at full efficiency (no surplus or deficient items).

A factory plan using the bulk recipe to automatically produce bacon agaric (and when that fills up, mycelium), with power from biomass as a bonus. Made with [my Satisfactory Planner tool](https://github.com/ReikaKalseki/Satisfactory-Planner).

A 2/3 scale of the above factory plan.
For now, this is a ContentLib mod, but I may one day change that fact (possibly to allow for a custom production machine, for example).

Frequently Asked Questions
Mycological Studies not working after update – what to do?
After a Satisfactory update, mods need to be updated. Check ficsit.app whether Mycological Studies has been updated for the new game version. With Mado Hosting: open the mod manager and click "Update All". If the mod hasn't been updated yet, temporarily remove it so the server starts.
Mycological Studies causing crashes in multiplayer – solution
Most common cause: all players must have exactly the same mod version installed. Check server logs for "ModMismatch" or "Version Conflict". Ensure all players use Mycological Studies v1.0.0 and the same SML. With Mado Hosting, Satisfactory servers run with 6 GB RAM for stable multiplayer performance.
Is Mycological Studies compatible with other Satisfactory mods?
Mycological Studies uses the Satisfactory Mod Loader (SML). Generally, SML-based mods are cross-compatible, but mods modifying the same game systems can cause conflicts. Test new mod combinations on a backup save. The Mado dashboard automatically detects known conflicts and warns you.
