Are you fellas looking for a modpack to change the way you play Minecraft? Here's a good one for you! A Nomad's Tale | NORMAL is the default version of the modpack i'm creating, combining 50 mods (excluding optimization mods and libraries) for everyone searching for the perfect AND full of content Nomadic Lifestyle experience!

There are TWO versions of A Nomad's Tale, here's a comparison table between both versions

Why does this modpack exist?
I made this modpack because i want to create a nomadic modpack with LOTS of new discoveries for everyone to enjoy! (including me). With all the 50 mods united, this modpack adds TONS of new content, where some examples can be seen in the modpack's gallery (All images are taken using Complementary: Reimagined/Bliss/Solas Shaders and Freecam Mod).
Here's a short list of what you'll have in the modpack:
NEW BIOMES
Let's go sightseeing! Where? EVERYWHERE! In this modpack, you'll see a ton of biomes worth exploring, and they're all built without any new blocks! You may also see some subtle or obvious paths in some biomes that can lead to structures.
CAMPING
Being a Nomad means you'll be moving from time to time, which means you need a temporary home like tents! Other than that, you can also craft sleeping bags that require less materials compared to a bed, and backpacks you can carry around! No more headaches like having to break a chest to move around.
OCEAN EXPLORATION
Get on your boat, traveler! Cause we're heading to the sea! There are a few mods here that makes the ocean worth exploring other than just ocean ruins & monuments, such as Lily Pad Villages and Antique Trading Ships!
NORMAL EDITION ONLY
Overhauled Ruins, Temples, Ocean Monuments, Villages & Caves! Alongside The Nether, now with double the height and new structures! The End also has a complete makeover, and.. did i just hear something from the Ancient City? Hmm, must've been the wind.

How to Set Up a A Nomad's Tale | NORMAL Server
Order Server
Choose at least 6 GB RAM (8 GB recommended for A Nomad's Tale | NORMAL). Based on player count: per 5 players.
Install Modpack in Dashboard
Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "A Nomad's Tale | NORMAL" and click "Install". The fabric loader and Minecraft 1.21.1 are configured automatically.
Start Server & Play
Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!
Frequently Asked Questions
A Nomad's Tale | NORMAL server crashes or won't start – what to do?
Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong fabric loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 8 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match. With Mado Hosting, loader and Minecraft version are auto-configured on modpack install – preventing most startup issues.
How much RAM does a A Nomad's Tale | NORMAL server really need?
