I've seen it in my dreams.
I could see it.
Just a bad dream.

About this Modpack

Alice in Wonderland.jar is a beta-related modpack that keeps some modern features. Most notably it brings back beloved beta sounds and textures while also modifying modern items to fit in the old programmer-art.

This is a normal beta experience. Nothing out of the ordinary is to be seen. This pack is very lightweight and should run on any computer that can normally run Minecraft.

In the testing of this pack, multiple friends of mine have stated that upon sleeping they would see strange repeating patterns, or even have themselves trapped into a new, beautiful world. These are nothing but rumours and should be treated as attempts of fearmongering, nothing like that would exist here.

Disclaimer for our Testers Some areas might incluse photosensitive effects, and if you couldn't make it out from the previous description... don't play this if you don't like horror!

and also.. for obvious reasons, this is not related to alice in wonderland.. the book.. nor the movie.. it's just a silly thing. it's related to the modpack it's built around. thank you modrinth.

Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong forge loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 8 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match. With Mado Hosting, loader and Minecraft version are auto-configured on modpack install – preventing most startup issues.

How much RAM does a alice in wonderland.jar server really need?

Minimum 6 GB, recommended 8 GB for stable performance. per 5 players. Important: Minecraft modpacks need more RAM than vanilla – plan extra per additional player. With Mado Hosting, you can scale RAM up live at any time without data loss (from €12/month).

Can I add custom mods to alice in wonderland.jar without conflicts?

Yes, but check compatibility: only use mods for the same loader (forge) and same Minecraft version (1.20.1). Common issues: ID conflicts with recipe mods and incompatible coremod versions. The Mado dashboard mod browser only shows compatible mods and warns about known conflicts.

1) Increase RAM to 8 GB+. 2) Reduce server view-distance to 8 (server.properties). 3) Pre-generate chunks with the "Chunky" plugin. 4) Use /spark profiler to check which mods consume the most tick time.
