About this Modpack

This pack was made for the purpose of playing on the Alinea server (play.alinea.gg).

While creating this pack, I kept in mind the official modpack and its contents, as well as the many other mods that I and many others commonly find useful while playing on the server. I have built upon Optifine equivalents for Fabric, consisting of performance mods such as Sodium and Lithium, as well as customization mods like Iris, ETF, and Continuity to enable shader use and ensure compatibility with as many texture packs as possible. After that, I added some common mods that are included in the official modpack of the server, which players use frequently, such as Plasmo Voice, JourneyMap, and JEI. To round out the mods and make it a proper utilities pack, I added the masa collection of mods (Tweakaroo, Litematica, MiniHUD, and Item Scroller), WorldEdit, Sound Controller, and some small miscellaneous mods I think are useful. There is also Essential and Capes, as I have seen many players use these for online LAN worlds and some self-expression.

How to Set Up a Alinea Utilities (Unofficial) Server

Order Server

Choose at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended for Alinea Utilities (Unofficial)). Based on player count: per 8 players.

Install Modpack in Dashboard

Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "Alinea Utilities (Unofficial)" and click "Install". The fabric loader and Minecraft 1.21.10 are configured automatically.

Start Server & Play

Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!
