About this Modpack

This modpack contains everything you need and more for a genuine terrifying experience - Ambience? Check. Progression? Check. Tons of massive spiders? CHECK.

Nyf's spiders - Allows for spiders to rotate according to the surface they are on, even the ceiling!
ARPHEX - Adds 10s of new creepy-crawlies to your game, including a boss spider, and many sets of armour and weapons to fight off the masses.
Spiders sensing you - Spiders now sense the player wherever they go, following them from up to 500 blocks away.
Spider infection - Spiders attack all mobs, turning them into spiders on death.

How to Set Up a Aranearum Fame Server

Order Server

Choose at least 6 GB RAM (8 GB recommended for Aranearum Fame). Based on player count: per 5 players.

Install Modpack in Dashboard

Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "Aranearum Fame" and click "Install". The forge loader and Minecraft 1.20.1 are configured automatically.

Start Server & Play

Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!

Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong forge loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 8 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match.
