About this Modpack

Arcane Odyssey was inspired when the topic of mods was brought up while playing vanilla with a group of people.

as me and the group were hanging out one day wandering around a server we felt: "what if this was modded" and with out anyone asking i put together some mods that i felt they would like, spending some time to adjust the mods to fit with slightly weaker machines to preserve preformance.

added alot of building blocks with cool food alongside magic.

changing the players experience with just playing the game with the origins mod making your player have cool and custom abilities.

either to make the game easier or harder but still making game play more interesting and letting creativity flourish.

some mods included are: delight's, origins, essential.

How to Set Up a Arcane Odyssey Server

Order Server

Choose at least 6 GB RAM (8 GB recommended for Arcane Odyssey). Based on player count: per 5 players.

Install Modpack in Dashboard

Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "Arcane Odyssey" and click "Install". The quilt loader and Minecraft 1.20.1 are configured automatically.

Start Server & Play

Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!

Arcane Odyssey server crashes or won't start – what to do?

Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong quilt loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 8 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match.
