About this Modpack

The Billy's Multiplayer modpack aims to provide an awesome experience by making multiplayer easy and adds performance mods!

We strive to keep this modpack relevant by continually keeping it up-to-date

You are able to add any additional mods you want yourself (if this causes any compatibility issues, feel free to ask for support in our Discord server and we'll try to help out).

Complementary Reimagined are the shaders that we went with because they had good lighting, were completely free, and, most importantly, looked good.

I recommend allocating additional RAM for better performance. Go with 6-8GB of ram. (Don't allocate over half the ram you have available.)

1. Download a launcher (We recommend ATLauncher)

2. Go to the "Packs" tab, search for "Billy's Multiplayer", click "New Instance", and then click "Install"

How to Set Up a Billy's Multiplayer Server

Order Server

Choose at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended for Billy's Multiplayer). Based on player count: per 8 players.

Install Modpack in Dashboard

Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "Billy's Multiplayer" and click "Install". The fabric loader and Minecraft 1.21 are configured automatically.

Start Server & Play

Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!

Billy's Multiplayer server crashes or won't start – what to do?

Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong fabric loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 6 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match.
