Normal methods of playing with create and tinker's construct tend to frustratingly lead to playing on older versions like 1.18.2, and offer lower framerates. Blakebab aims to maintain compatibility between these two mods primarily, along with sodium, for better stability. A large variety of patches and libraries are needed to maintain compatibility between create and hephaestus (port of tinker's construct), and blakebab aims to remove the burden of installing these patches, which are often hard to find and require scrounging discord support servers, by providing it in one easy to use modpack.

How to Set Up a blakebab Server
Order Server
Choose at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended for blakebab). Based on player count: per 8 players.
Install Modpack in Dashboard
Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "blakebab" and click "Install". The fabric loader and Minecraft 1.20.1 are configured automatically.
Start Server & Play
Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!
