📝 Info

📜 Description

I currently run a 9600XT w/ a 9900X CPU, however, I used to be less fortunate, with only having integrated graphics on an i5 CPU. We created this modpack to keep in mind the performance of minecraft without losing quality. Almost our entire library of mods are focused on improving your game's performance! It includes Mods like Entity Culling and C^2m Engine in order to put less load on your computer and increase frames, while also adding in Gamma Utils in order to help QOL while adding some performance benefits behind the scenes. This is the base for all of our modpacks; we may always build them from the ground up, but we will forever keep these mods in mind

🔃 Mod Loader

Fabric Mod Loader is highly optimized, even more optimized than forge. We would've liked to use Quilt, but sadly, some of the mods dont work with Quilt's engine

All versions will be reciving a "Final Update." So far, only 1.20 AND 1.20.2 have recived these updates. CornCobs Barebones will NOT Be supporting 1.20.3 & 1.20.5 because of how little time there was to develop mods inbetween version updates. CornCobs BareBones will ALWAYS support versions 1.20.1 AND 1.21.10 from now on. If you discover a bug on any version that has recived a "Final Update," the bug will not be fixed.

Minimum 4 GB, recommended 6 GB for stable performance. per 8 players. Important: Minecraft modpacks need more RAM than vanilla – plan extra per additional player. With Mado Hosting, you can scale RAM up live at any time without data loss (from €8/month).

Can I add custom mods to CornCobs' BareBones Modpack without conflicts?

Yes, but check compatibility: only use mods for the same loader (fabric) and same Minecraft version (1.21.10). Common issues: ID conflicts with recipe mods and incompatible coremod versions. The Mado dashboard mod browser only shows compatible mods and warns about known conflicts.
