About this Modpack

This modpack was built for me and me only. It's unlikely this modpack will fully support your system
I just wanted to share what I use to the world
Description
The "Pure Client" is a project of mine that started with a simple task:
minimize my usage of 200+ mods to only what is absolutely necessary
This modpack is mostly built off of Additive and Optimization, for all the optimization mods & any optifine resource pack mods
and it was made with a few requirements in mind:
- Up to date, these mods should be updated to the newest minecraft version within a reasonable timeframe
- Performant, my aging 2020 mid-range pc should be able to run smoothly
- Functional, some qol stuff I genuinely can't live without
- Multiplayer friendly, don't use qol mods that would border "cheating" in my books (like InvMove & ItemIO)
- Lightweight, if It serves no real use I probably don't need it
there are rarely some visual / cosmetic mods (for example essential mod with most of the extra's turned off)
and some personal (wip) texture packs are in here too

Frequently Asked Questions
Dino's Pure Client server crashes or won't start – what to do?
Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong fabric loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 6 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match. With Mado Hosting, loader and Minecraft version are auto-configured on modpack install – preventing most startup issues.
How much RAM does a Dino's Pure Client server really need?
Minimum 4 GB, recommended 6 GB for stable performance. per 8 players. Important: Minecraft modpacks need more RAM than vanilla – plan extra per additional player. With Mado Hosting, you can scale RAM up live at any time without data loss (from €8/month).
Can I add custom mods to Dino's Pure Client without conflicts?
Yes, but check compatibility: only use mods for the same loader (fabric) and same Minecraft version (1.21.10). Common issues: ID conflicts with recipe mods and incompatible coremod versions. The Mado dashboard mod browser only shows compatible mods and warns about known conflicts.
Dino's Pure Client server lagging – performance tips
1) Increase RAM to 6 GB+. 2) Reduce server view-distance to 8 (server.properties). 3) Pre-generate chunks with the "Chunky" plugin. 4) Use /spark profiler to check which mods consume the most tick time. With Mado Hosting, all servers run on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores – eliminating hardware as a bottleneck.
