About this Modpack

A lightweight modpack with basic refinements for more comfort and interesting player experience.

Contains mods for:

  1. Better performance (optimized for use on low-end computers).
  2. More comfortable game (Xaero maps, GUI clock, fast but still vanilla-like mining and tree cutting, full information about blocks and recipes, mouse tweaks, stack refill, trash slot, sleeping bags, etc.).
  3. Additional furniture, decorative, and building blocks (new wall types, brick and wooden decor from
Listvennica's Mod; simplistic, vanilla-like interior elements from Another Furniture; variety of blocks for cozy homes from Hearth & Home, Immersive Paintings).
  4. Farming toolkit. Based on legendary Farmer's Delight, with vegan products from Vegan Delight; including wine, tea, beer, cheese making from Let's Do mods. Also there are tractors with various attachments (thanks to Automobility mod), perfect for large farms.
  5. Travels and adventures (transport, additional structures). The modpack includes simple rustic aircraft (Immersive Aircraft) and vehicles from Automobility that allow you to travel much faster. You can explore new structures (from AdoraBuild: Structures, Towns and Towers) and dig up treasures buried in ancient mounds and temples (advanced archeology system from Better Archeology).
  6. Better world generation (thanks to Continent and Geophilic). The modpack completely preserves vanilla biomes, adds several colorful vibrant locations from Mystic's Biomes. Try to find them all using a Nature's Compass!
  7. Improved villages and trading. New types of settlements in different biomes (Towns and Towers), new professions, and work stations for villagers from Villagers Plus. Also, there is an advanced trading system, thanks to Village Business.

Frequently Asked Questions

Farmers, Builders, and Travelers (FBT) server crashes or won't start – what to do?

Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong fabric loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 6 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match. With Mado Hosting, loader and Minecraft version are auto-configured on modpack install – preventing most startup issues.

How much RAM does a Farmers, Builders, and Travelers (FBT) server really need?

Minimum 4 GB, recommended 6 GB for stable performance. per 8 players. Important: Minecraft modpacks need more RAM than vanilla – plan extra per additional player. With Mado Hosting, you can scale RAM up live at any time without data loss (from €8/month).

Can I add custom mods to Farmers, Builders, and Travelers (FBT) without conflicts?

Yes, but check compatibility: only use mods for the same loader (fabric) and same Minecraft version (1.20.1). Common issues: ID conflicts with recipe mods and incompatible coremod versions. The Mado dashboard mod browser only shows compatible mods and warns about known conflicts.

Farmers, Builders, and Travelers (FBT) server lagging – performance tips

1) Increase RAM to 6 GB+. 2) Reduce server view-distance to 8 (server.properties). 3) Pre-generate chunks with the "Chunky" plugin. 4) Use /spark profiler to check which mods consume the most tick time. With Mado Hosting, all servers run on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores – eliminating hardware as a bottleneck.
