Innovation Timespace 5
Kitchen Sink Modpack, mostly focused on tech mods
About this Modpack

Innovation Timespace 5
Innovation Timespace 5 is an iteration on the tech-based kitchen-sink formula for an unstable pile of mods that's hopefully still fun to play with.
This modpack is still in its early stages. Expect bugs, sometimes crashing, and sometimes needing to generate new terrain when new world-gen is added.
This pack will be updated when I have the time, which may not be too often, but it should happen from time to time.
Minimaps
This modpack uses Xaero's Minimap & Xaero's World Map. If you would prefer to use a different minimap mod, here are links to their project pages:
Known Issues
YIGD Graves show up as Gray Dust from Chromatic Currents but are still usable by SHIFT-RIGHT-CLICK. #1[Seems to be fixed now.]Wired Redstone doesn't have any recipes. #2[Fixed in v0.1.7]- When updating from
v0.1.1tov0.1.2, ATLauncher doesn't remove the old version of Create, resulting in two create mods being installed, which doesn't work. This can be fixed by opening the instance's folder (from theOpen Folderbutton) and deleting themodsfolder. Then you click the arrow next toEdit Instanceand clickReinstall. Don't worry, ATLauncher caches the mods for you so you don't need to worry about re-downloading everything. - When updating to
v0.1.4, ATLauncher won't remove the old Architectury API jar correctly either. This can be fixed the same way as with Create. - When updating to
v0.1.8, ATLauncher won't remove the old Botania jar correctly. This can be fixed the same way as with Create and Architectury API. - When updating to
v0.1.10, ATLauncher might not remove the old GeckoLib and REI jars correctly.

How to Set Up a Innovation Timespace 5 Server
Order Server
Choose at least 6 GB RAM (8 GB recommended for Innovation Timespace 5). Based on player count: per 5 players.
Install Modpack in Dashboard
Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "Innovation Timespace 5" and click "Install". The quilt loader and Minecraft 1.18.2 are configured automatically.
Start Server & Play
Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!
Frequently Asked Questions
Innovation Timespace 5 server crashes or won't start – what to do?
Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong quilt loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 8 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match. With Mado Hosting, loader and Minecraft version are auto-configured on modpack install – preventing most startup issues.
How much RAM does a Innovation Timespace 5 server really need?
Minimum 6 GB, recommended 8 GB for stable performance. per 5 players. Important: Minecraft modpacks need more RAM than vanilla – plan extra per additional player. With Mado Hosting, you can scale RAM up live at any time without data loss (from €12/month).
Can I add custom mods to Innovation Timespace 5 without conflicts?
Yes, but check compatibility: only use mods for the same loader (quilt) and same Minecraft version (1.18.2). Common issues: ID conflicts with recipe mods and incompatible coremod versions. The Mado dashboard mod browser only shows compatible mods and warns about known conflicts.
Innovation Timespace 5 server lagging – performance tips
1) Increase RAM to 8 GB+. 2) Reduce server view-distance to 8 (server.properties). 3) Pre-generate chunks with the "Chunky" plugin. 4) Use /spark profiler to check which mods consume the most tick time. With Mado Hosting, all servers run on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores – eliminating hardware as a bottleneck.
