About this Modpack

Have you ever wanted more from your vanilla experience in Minecraft? Now you can!

I have created this modpack to enhance your vanilla experience like never before. Think of a mod you'd like for a vanilla world, and you can be sure that this modpack has it already!

The main reason for this modpack's creation is because i have started to get bored from a classic vanilla on minecraft, and i think many can relate to this.

Some of the many mods included in this modpack are the following:

  1. Terralith Biomes: this mod aims to amplify the variety of biomes, while adding new structures too!

  2. Dungeons and Taverns: similar to Towns and Towers, this mod adds new structures to find during your exploration in the world, making your adventure never boring

  3. Yung's mods: this "bundle" of mods aim to recreate already existing structures and biomes, like the end island, better fortresses, stronghold and many more, making your adventure and exploration of such places more intriguing!

  4. Many Tweaks: there are alot of tweaks to make your experience in any world smoother and better compared to the standard minecraft, like sodium and more.

  5. First Person: this mod aims to make your adventure more immersive with a first person mod instead of the classic style from minecraft

And many more!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Lizer's Vanilla Remake server crashes or won't start – what to do?

Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong quilt loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 8 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match. With Mado Hosting, loader and Minecraft version are auto-configured on modpack install – preventing most startup issues.

How much RAM does a Lizer's Vanilla Remake server really need?

Minimum 6 GB, recommended 8 GB for stable performance. per 5 players. Important: Minecraft modpacks need more RAM than vanilla – plan extra per additional player. With Mado Hosting, you can scale RAM up live at any time without data loss (from €12/month).

Can I add custom mods to Lizer's Vanilla Remake without conflicts?

Yes, but check compatibility: only use mods for the same loader (quilt) and same Minecraft version (1.20.1). Common issues: ID conflicts with recipe mods and incompatible coremod versions. The Mado dashboard mod browser only shows compatible mods and warns about known conflicts.

Lizer's Vanilla Remake server lagging – performance tips

1) Increase RAM to 8 GB+. 2) Reduce server view-distance to 8 (server.properties). 3) Pre-generate chunks with the "Chunky" plugin. 4) Use /spark profiler to check which mods consume the most tick time. With Mado Hosting, all servers run on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores – eliminating hardware as a bottleneck.
