About this Modpack

Welp, my friends wanted an origins manhunt modpack, and I figured it would be easier for us to use if it were uploaded on modrinth, so here it is.

This modpack features a simple to use manhunt mod. Simple type "/mh join hunters/runners" to get started. Hunters get a compass than can be used to track the runner.

To spice up the manhunt experience, there are numerous origins to choose from, providing unique benefits and drawbacks to each person.

How to Set Up a Origins Manhunt Server

Order Server

Choose at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended for Origins Manhunt). Based on player count: per 8 players.

Install Modpack in Dashboard

Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "Origins Manhunt" and click "Install". The fabric loader and Minecraft 1.20.1 are configured automatically.

Start Server & Play

Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!

Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong fabric loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 6 GB.
