About this Modpack
Welcome to Re:Creation!
This is a modpack to make Create more intresting, and making contraptions more fun. I recommend to play on a server with friends!
Modpack was inspired by ReCreate from the content creator Shalz. He made a server with his friends, and it used a lot of create addons. This is just a lil' remaster and adds WAY more mods, but its more fun.
This modpack is a certified BANGER for create stuff, and general stuff. And it gets updated quite frequently! Of course, at this point you may be asking yourself: "Is this modpack even pointing towards create anymore?" Well, sort of yes! Just look at all of the addons and other stuff!
By the way, I added a datapack to the modpack. Its small, because it just adds a recipe for the Exposure photo album. Im probably gonna update it though. If you do want it, it should be in the "Datapacks" folder inside the modpack, and then you can add it to your world if you want.
FAQ:
How do I report issues?
Currently, there isnt a way, and so far the only issue ive seen in my 160h of playing this modpack.
Is there going to be a fabric version of the modpack?
Probably not, because create on fabric is only on version 0.5.1j from what i know. And juggling a another version of the pack isnt easy.
is there going to be a version for 1.21.1 of minecraft?
It is in consideration, as I would looove having flashback. (if it would even work lmao). And having the mace would be cool, but again, juggling multiple versions of the modpack isnt easy.
When I launch the modpack it gives me an error that a mod couldnt load, how do i fix it!!?
Just disable the mod it says couldnt load, launch the game. Once in main menu, you can reenable that mod that couldnt load, it should work after that.
Special thanks:
To some of my friends who recommended some of the mods to me, ending up in me adding them.
MCreator, a program made by Pylo. Used for the datapack included, and my music disc mod, CimkNo Music.

Frequently Asked Questions
Re:Creation server crashes or won't start – what to do?
Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong forge loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 8 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match. With Mado Hosting, loader and Minecraft version are auto-configured on modpack install – preventing most startup issues.
How much RAM does a Re:Creation server really need?
Minimum 6 GB, recommended 8 GB for stable performance. per 5 players. Important: Minecraft modpacks need more RAM than vanilla – plan extra per additional player. With Mado Hosting, you can scale RAM up live at any time without data loss (from €12/month).
Can I add custom mods to Re:Creation without conflicts?
Yes, but check compatibility: only use mods for the same loader (forge) and same Minecraft version (1.20.1). Common issues: ID conflicts with recipe mods and incompatible coremod versions. The Mado dashboard mod browser only shows compatible mods and warns about known conflicts.
Re:Creation server lagging – performance tips
1) Increase RAM to 8 GB+. 2) Reduce server view-distance to 8 (server.properties). 3) Pre-generate chunks with the "Chunky" plugin. 4) Use /spark profiler to check which mods consume the most tick time. With Mado Hosting, all servers run on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores – eliminating hardware as a bottleneck.
