About this Modpack
Saturn Legacy Dreams completely overhauls the vanilla experience, adding tons of new content without overheating your device! This modpack aims to be fluid and smooth on almost every PC (ALTHOUGH, IT NEEDS AT LEAST 4GB OF RAM).
Please note that this modpack is inspired by the Perfection modpack made by Shyoshi!
What exactly does SLD add?
EXPLORING: New biomes in the overworld (including caves), nether, and end. Plus structures in each dimension to loot, giving that sweet feeling of finding something valuable.
CREATURES: Pets, monsters, neutral fellows and more to discover.
COMBAT: Includes more weapons to defend yourself against the world’s dangers!
DIFFICULTY: Enhances the behavior of mobs, adds brand new bosses to defeat, seasons that affect crop growth, and of course, thirst and body temperature.
FOOD & DRINKS: Be a chef, farmer, cheesemaker, or brewer... you choose!
VISUALS: Tired of the old Minecraft look? It’s your lucky day! New particles, optimized rain, health bars, damage indicators, and a few more extras.
Not running smoothly on your PC!? Try the lite version or these settings:
- Mipmap level: 0
- Chunk render: 5–8
- Vanilla clouds (or deactivate them)
- FPS Limit: 40–50
Shaders are HEAVILY recommended! You have a trio to choose from: Potato Shaders, MakeUp Ultrafast, and Miniature Shader.
Note: Miniature Shader is the only one available on the lite version, but they still look great, adding shadows and vanilla-like lighting.

How to Set Up a Saturn: Legacy Dreams Server
Order Server
Choose at least 6 GB RAM (8 GB recommended for Saturn: Legacy Dreams). Based on player count: per 5 players.
Install Modpack in Dashboard
Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "Saturn: Legacy Dreams" and click "Install". The fabric loader and Minecraft 1.20.1 are configured automatically.
Start Server & Play
Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!
Frequently Asked Questions
Saturn: Legacy Dreams server crashes or won't start – what to do?
Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong fabric loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 8 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match. How much RAM does a Saturn: Legacy Dreams server really need?
