About this Modpack
the world has been cast into an eternal night, im working on making brightness dependent features such as certan enemies being faster in the dark, or getting slowed in the light, ive also got a lot of my favorate mods like create, ars nouvaeu, and the ather
i made this for fun, its designed to be a lot harder than vanilla, so if you want a challenge this is a modpack for that
the start is a bit slow but once you get going its a lot faster

a lot of textures arent added yet i will add them next update
Quests are a WIP and will be added at a later point
Getting Wood
Find gravel to get flint
Shatter the flint on Stone
Get Sticks from leaves or any other source
Refine the stick the same way as the flint
Get Plant Fiber From small grass
Make a Crude Fiber Knife
kill a large animal like a cow, or a sheep to get sinew
use the sinew and plant fiber to make a crude binding
use a refined stick, crude binding, and flint shard to make a crude axe

How to Set Up a Shadowed Realms Server
Order Server
Choose at least 6 GB RAM (8 GB recommended for Shadowed Realms). Based on player count: per 5 players.
Install Modpack in Dashboard
Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "Shadowed Realms" and click "Install". The forge loader and Minecraft 1.20.1 are configured automatically.
Start Server & Play
Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!

Shadowed Realms server crashes or won't start – what to do?
Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong forge loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 8 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match.
