Introduction

Tech: Revolution is a technology based modpack that encourages and includes magic, combat, exploration, lore, and much more! This modpack is very experimental, so many things can break or change overtime! So please be warry!

The modpack includes many features and configurations to allow changing your experience. We do recommend staying on the default settings, but we aren't against playing on your own playstyle! We also have a Discord Server and offical minecraft server, with a welcoming and fun community!

Recommended Specifications

The recommended specifications for the modpack is mostly tied to enough RAM. We recommend using around 5000-8000Mb of RAM to play . We also recommend around a middle-end GPU and CPU.

To prevent any graphical issues, please use a GUI scale of 3 or lower. We strongly suggest using a 1920x1080 display or larger.

The Minecraft Server

We highly recommend joining through using the offical minecraft server! As we encourage roleplaying with lore on the server! We also have an enconomy that is managed by the playerbase, and certain features are exclusive to the server!

The minecraft server has chat integration directly to our discord server! Making it easy to interact and meet new members! We hope to see you there!

How to Set Up a Tech: Revolution Server

Order Server

Choose at least 6 GB RAM (10 GB recommended for Tech: Revolution). Based on player count: per 4 players.

Install Modpack in Dashboard

Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "Tech: Revolution" and click "Install". The fabric loader and Minecraft 1.20.1 are configured automatically.

Start Server & Play

Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!

Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong fabric loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 10 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match.
