This is a modpack about finding back to your inner explorer, rediscover the fun of not knowing what comes next, and learning how to cultivate and harness the various elements that change with the seasons.

The changing of seasons

The seasons change, and the world changes with them. You therefore have to cultivate and use the land cleverly to make sure you get the resources that you want and need to survive. Not all crops and plants grow during all seasons or in every biome.

A return to exploration without the modern tools

Lets face it, the world is much more fun to explore when you dont get everything from the start. This pack has deliberately left out minimaps and other tools that help orient yourself too easily. Learn how to navigate and use landmarks, create paths along the way and see your sphere of charted land expand, not only on a map, but out in the actual world.

Ships and minecarts and horsecarts

This modpack is about enjoying a good journey, and building the perfect craft for your journey is the missing piece thats always been missing from this game. Create a ship, sail along the shore, through winding rivers, and make camps along the journey. You can also now build your classic Minecart railway, and link the carts together (if you want too), or for your smaller adventures, bring out the horsecart with only the most essential of items.

"Hello? Anybody out there?"

Minecraft has always been a lonely game - but it doesnt have to be all the time. In this modpack, there is a mod called Proximity Text Chat installed. What does it do? well, if you play this modpack with friends, you'll quickly find out that their chats become more and more inaudible the farther away they go. Dont let your friends voices disappear entirely. work together, build together and visit eachother more!
