About this Modpack

Overview
Tinkering Wonders is a forge modpack for version 1.20.1 based around magic and automation using with the mods Malum and Embers Rekindled as its core. Ad Astra is the mode of interest for the late game.
This modpack contains most of the modern QOL mods, such as EMI, Mouse Tweaks and Xaero's Minimap, as well as some optimization mods. Tinkering Wonders was designed around playing with friends, so Essential is also included.
Tinkering Wonders is still being updated regularly, fixing mods incompatibilities and adding new content!
Core Mods
- Embers Rekindled - dwarven themed magic and technology/automation mod with a lot of unique mechanics
- Malum - an interesting magic mod centered around soul manipulations
- Ad Astra - adds space travels (because space travel is magic in itself)
Adventure Mods
- Relics adds rare unusual artifacts with various effects and the ability to upgrade them
- Better Archeology adds various ruins and dig sites along with fossils, new archeology related mechanics with rare useful rewards
- Stellarity completely overhaules the End dimention, adding new biomes, mobs and loot
Supplementary Mods
- Farmer's Delight along with End's Delight, Nether's Delight, Miner's Delight and Vegan Delight to diversify the cooking process with various new dishes with unique buffs
- [Let's Do] Candlelight and [Let's Do] HerbalBrews add some beautiful elements of cookware for making dinners and brewing tea

How to Set Up a Tinkering Wonders Server
Order Server
Choose at least 6 GB RAM (8 GB recommended for Tinkering Wonders). Based on player count: per 5 players.
Install Modpack in Dashboard
Open the modpack browser in the dashboard, search for "Tinkering Wonders" and click "Install". The forge loader and Minecraft 1.20.1 are configured automatically.
Start Server & Play
Start the server – all mods are loaded automatically. Share the server IP with friends and play together!

Tinkering Wonders server crashes or won't start – what to do?
Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong forge loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 8 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match.
