About this Modpack
Description
This modpack enhances the vanilla experience without it being to large. Running it on potato pc's should therefore not be any problem.
It enhances a lot of vanilla functions and structures without being completely different.
While it does add a few features and mobs that aren't in the game, it is focused on only adding minor and vanilla like things.
Another great thing about this modpack is that it also enhances the performance of Minecraft by adding mods like Sodium and XPclumps.
But the greatest feature might be that anybody can join your singleplayer world by just sending an invite, this means that you don't need any servers or be on the same network for multiplayer!
If you find your pc struggling to play this modpack, try turning off the shaders with the keybind 'k' or by disabling them in the video settings.
It is recommended to use this modpack with the curseforge app and not with any other modpack launcher since it otherwise might miss certain mods or other content. But the Modrinth app probably shouldn't be a problem either.
Note
When downloading the modpack of Modrinth, ou might miss out on certain functions and features, I've therefore also made a complete version that can be downloaded right here: [https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ayEw6FAJDnLwpCo0D2nojbQFIBIFMDNn/view?usp=sharing] It's made to be used on curseforge but it would also work on Modrinth.

Frequently Asked Questions
Tony's vanilla plus server crashes or won't start – what to do?
Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong fabric loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 6 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match. With Mado Hosting, loader and Minecraft version are auto-configured on modpack install – preventing most startup issues.
How much RAM does a Tony's vanilla plus server really need?
Minimum 4 GB, recommended 6 GB for stable performance. per 8 players. Important: Minecraft modpacks need more RAM than vanilla – plan extra per additional player. With Mado Hosting, you can scale RAM up live at any time without data loss (from €8/month).
Can I add custom mods to Tony's vanilla plus without conflicts?
Yes, but check compatibility: only use mods for the same loader (fabric) and same Minecraft version (1.20.1). Common issues: ID conflicts with recipe mods and incompatible coremod versions. The Mado dashboard mod browser only shows compatible mods and warns about known conflicts.
Tony's vanilla plus server lagging – performance tips
1) Increase RAM to 6 GB+. 2) Reduce server view-distance to 8 (server.properties). 3) Pre-generate chunks with the "Chunky" plugin. 4) Use /spark profiler to check which mods consume the most tick time. With Mado Hosting, all servers run on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores – eliminating hardware as a bottleneck.
