Version Summary

There are four versions of TristanEhm's Modpack. More detailed information on each modpack can be found on their specific Modrinth page.

1. TristanEhm's Modpack 1: Extreme (TEMP Extreme)
   • A nice blend of audio and visual mods which improve game feel with informational HUD mods and mods which improve inventory management and other quality of life mods. TEMP Extreme also includes live stream related mods since this is the modpack I use while streaming.
2. TristanEhm's Modpack 2: High (TEMP High)
   • TEMP High is identical to TEMP Extreme except that the stream related mods have been removed and the default settings are lower than those in TEMP Extreme.
3. TristanEhm's Modpack 3: Medium (TEMP Medium)
   • TEMP Medium takes a step down from 1 & 2 in game feel, while taking a step up in performance and retaining all of the quality of life features that make this modpack its own.
4. TristanEhm's Modpack 4: Low (TEMP Low)
   • This modpack is for the best possible performance while maintaining the essential core features of the modpack.

Content

This modpack contains a few categories of mods.

1. Optimization Mods

This modpack includes all of the best performance enhancing mods. This helps counteract all of the beautifying mods in TEMP Extreme and helps the game run on lower end systems in TEMP Low. These mods can be found in all of my modpacks from TEMP Extreme to TEMP Low.

2. Quality of Life Mods

Inventory management in vanilla minecraft has always left a bit to be desired. Moving items around and sorting what you’ve collected is a slow and tedious process. That is why there are so many modders changing this aspect of the game. This modpack includes a nicely curated collection of these quality of life mods to improve the game in little ways, while staying true to vanilla. These mods can be found in all of my modpacks from TEMP Extreme to TEMP Low.

3. Game Feel Improvement Mods

There are a variety of audio and visual mods included in this pack to improve the ambience and feel of the game. The majority of the visual mods focus on small textural and particle additions and the majority of the audio mods add little sounds throughout the game from actions in the inventory to to footsteps on different blocks. Since these mods impact performance, their quantity decreases from TEMP Extreme to TEMP Low.

4. Informational Mods

Technical minecrafters and casual minecrafters alike will love these mods. Information is valuable to anyone who plays the game and the informational mods included in this modpack hit all the right spots, further improving quality of life.

Purpose

The purpose of this modpack is to provide a combination of performance enhancing mods with light weight informational and audio/visual mods to enhance the feel, ambience and quality of life of the game, all while remaining vanilla compatible.

Vanilla Compatibility

The modpack can be used on vanilla servers without causing any problems, however for some mods to function to their full potential, some server side mods are required. All of these mods are included in the server version of TristanEhm’s Modpack.

TristanEhm’s Modpack 1: Extreme

TEMP Extreme is beautiful in all regards. This modpack is mainly intended for personal use, however, if you have a computer that can run it and are interested in content creation, this is the modpack for you. Otherwise, TEMP High offers everything you could want.
This modpack also includes all of the basics included in the other packs. In other words; you wont find anything in another TristanEhm Modpack which isn’t included in this one.
