About this Modpack

The modpack brings some changes to gameplay in a way that still feels vanilla.

Here's what i mean: Minecraft vanilla vibes comes out of way you play the game. Playing minecraft you always figuring out things by yourself, carefully exploring objects around you. Modpack aims to improve minecraft in some areas of the game while keeping that vibe

Here're some examples

  • Mod "Supplementaries" brings a lot of new things to the game like ropes from Terraria which will add new way to navigate while mining in caves, and new mechanics to explore which don't go 30mil blocks away from vanilla
  • Mod "Fog Looks Good Now " making the fog look like straight from alpha versions which gives that feel of someone watching you
  • Mod "Better Combat" brings improved combat system to the game. If you don't like it you always can turn it off
  • Mod "Camera Overhaul" makes your camera tilt a bit whenever you move based on your momentum. If you don't like it you CAN turn it off
  • Mod "FastMove" adds some parkour movements which isn't really vanilla yet it funny. Remembe, if you don't like it you CAN turn it off
  • Mod "Ambient Sounds" brings to us more ambience when we walking in our world
  • Mods "Dynamic Music" and "Endless Music" will make you hear proper music for every moment of your gameplay
  • Mod "Axiom" is helpful for creative builders. Axiom is something that i'v always wanted for minecraft builders, a pro-tool
  • RP "Fresh Animations" brings us cinimatic-styled animations fot the mobs which is totally needed in minecraft. If you'll compare Warden and Polar Bear animations you'll get it
  • RP "Trailers Vision" or "Bare Bones" changes minecraft textures so they look like in the cinematic. I prefer using second for gameplay and first one for screenshots/renders

That's not all of the changes cuz there're much more things to explore yourself, miners!

It's based on "Fabulously Optimized" by robotkoer so it's pretty damn fast

Frequently Asked Questions

Vanilla Vibes server crashes or won't start – what to do?

Most common causes: insufficient RAM or wrong fabric loader. Check latest.log for "OutOfMemoryError" → increase RAM to at least 8 GB. For "Mixin" or "ClassNotFoundException" errors: modpack version and loader don't match. With Mado Hosting, loader and Minecraft version are auto-configured on modpack install – preventing most startup issues.

How much RAM does a Vanilla Vibes server really need?

Minimum 6 GB, recommended 8 GB for stable performance. per 5 players. Important: Minecraft modpacks need more RAM than vanilla – plan extra per additional player. With Mado Hosting, you can scale RAM up live at any time without data loss (from €12/month).

Can I add custom mods to Vanilla Vibes without conflicts?

Yes, but check compatibility: only use mods for the same loader (fabric) and same Minecraft version (1.21.4). Common issues: ID conflicts with recipe mods and incompatible coremod versions. The Mado dashboard mod browser only shows compatible mods and warns about known conflicts.

Vanilla Vibes server lagging – performance tips

1) Increase RAM to 8 GB+. 2) Reduce server view-distance to 8 (server.properties). 3) Pre-generate chunks with the "Chunky" plugin. 4) Use /spark profiler to check which mods consume the most tick time. With Mado Hosting, all servers run on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores – eliminating hardware as a bottleneck.
