28 Blocks Later is a hardcore infection mod inspired by the Rage Virus from 28 Days Later. Infection is instant. Death is certain. Escape is a lie.
☣️ Core Features:

Rage Virus Infection

    Players can be infected after contact with Rage Zombies.

    30% infection chance.

    A 28-second timer begins — once it ends, you die and turn.

Bitten Effect

    If you die while infected, a Rage Zombie is spawned in your place.

    Survive the timer? Doesn’t matter. You’ll be killed and replaced anyway.

Rage Zombies

    Speed: Faster than a sprinting player.

    Attack: Deals 5 damage per hit.

    Health: 28 HP (you know why).

    Range: 100-block tracking — you're never out of sight.

Corpse System

    Corpses drop guts and rotten flesh. Right-click to harvest.

    These are used to brew Infected Blood — a bottle of death.

Brewing Recipes

    Mix Guts + Rotten Flesh into a potion to create the virus in a bottle.

    Drink it to die. Or infect others. Your choice.

Risky Cures

    Drinking milk removes the effect… but that counts as “expired.” You’ll still die and turn. Try it, see what happens.
