Afrikalify
Afrikalify is a modern in-game music player for Minecraft, made for players who want a Spotify-like music menu directly inside the game.
Open the Afrikalify menu, search your local songs, play music, queue tracks, change the look of the GUI, and optionally mix your music into Simple Voice Chat so friends can hear it too.

How It Works
Afrikalify reads music from a local folder on your computer. Put your supported music files into the Afrikalify music folder, open the menu in-game, press reload, then search and play your tracks.
The mod does not stream from Spotify or YouTube. It plays your own local music files.
For Simple Voice Chat broadcasting, enable the broadcast option inside Afrikalify. You may need to use open mic or hold your push-to-talk key so Simple Voice Chat sends audio.

Notes
Afrikalify is client-side focused. Other players do not need Afrikalify installed to hear music through Simple Voice Chat, but they do need to be connected to a server using Simple Voice Chat.

How to Install Afrikalify Music on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Afrikalify Music". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Afrikalify Music server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.11). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Afrikalify Music compatible with fabric?
Afrikalify Music officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.11. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Afrikalify Music – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Afrikalify Music consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
