About this Mod
A Low Durability Warner (ALDW)
What does this mod do?
Ever been deep underground or in the middle of a fight, only to have your best tool or weapon shatter unexpectedly? ALDW is a simple client-side mod designed to prevent that frustration! It actively monitors the durability of the item currently held in your main hand. When an item's durability gets low, ALDW will display a clear UI alert on your screen, giving you a heads-up before it breaks.
Why should you download it?
This mod helps you keep track of your gear's condition without constantly checking tooltips. When an item in your main hand drops below a certain threshold (defaulting to 10%), a clear UI alert will appear directly on your screen. This allows you to switch items or plan for repairs, saving your valuable enchanted gear from being lost forever. You can now customize the mod's behavior through the Mod Settings Menu (accessible by default with RIGHT_SHIFT).
Key Information:
- Provides a UI alert for low durability items (currently main hand only).
- Warning triggers by default at 10% durability remaining.
- Includes a Mod Settings Menu (Default Key: RIGHT_SHIFT) for configuration.
- Purely client-side - it doesn't need to be installed on servers and won't affect server gameplay (unless server rules prohibit such informational mods).
Stop losing your best gear to surprise breaks! Add ALDW for a simple, effective on-screen warning system.
