About this Mod
Archeries
Arrows, bows, and crossbows are good, but why not more?
This mod add a few unique arrows, bows, and crossbows. Avaiable for NeoForge & Fabric/Quilt.
This mod introduces tiered bow & tiered crossbow that can be upgraded in tiers (copper, iron, golden, diamond, and netherite) and adding new bow and crossbow types:
Longbow: A longer bow allowing the arrow to be faster but take more time to draw. Can be upgraded.
Heavy Crossbow: A heavy crossbow for a much higher arrow speed but overall longer charge time. Can be upgraded. Does not support fireworks.
Wristbow: A lighter crossbow that is focused in the off-hand trading overall firepower with charging speed. Reloading this weapon in the main-hand increase the reload speed significantly. While in the off-hand and charged, this weapon will be "hidden" and you can't use it while it is hidden. Press R (keybind in settings under Gameplay section) to use it (aim). Can be upgraded but does. Does not support fireworks.
New bows and crossbows have a unique stats than their vanilla counterpart, their stat can be seen with advance tooltip on.
Along with adding new arrows:
- Explosive Arrow: Explode shortly on impact
- Copper Arrow: Attract lighting even when it's not thunder
- Soft Arrow: Reduced volume by ~95% and does not cause any vibration (great for Deep Dark/silent exploration)
- Tracer Arrow: Produce glowing particle around it and while igniting itself (essentially flamed arrow)
- Echoing Arrow: Can reset warden anger issue to you. Additionally disorient and weaken entities that is hit with this.
- Wind-Charged Arrow: Stronger Wind Charge (Recommended crossbow with multishot and an elytra)
