About this Mod

Summary

Arma Imperii aims to add historical weaponry, particularly firearms, to Minecraft.

Balancing Realism and Gameplay

Historically, early firearms took a very long time to load and reload. Arma Imperii aims to balance realism and gameplay by simulating the lengthy reloads while maintaining fun gameplay.

Weapons

Currently, only the Arquebus weapon, along with its ammunition, has been implemented. However, more weapons shall be added soon.

Arquebus

The Arquebus is craftable by the following recipe:

The crafting recipe for the Arquebus.

Its ammunition is craftable as follows:

Firearm Usage

To load a firearm, hold down the use button (right click) until you hear the loading sound cue. If you are in survival mode, the stack of ammunition for the respective weapon should have decreased as well. To fire it, just press right click again.
