About this Mod

Drop elytra and a chestplate above an anvil to merge them into one item.
Drop the merged item above a grindstone to separate them again.
Enchantments are kept safely between merging and separating.
Burning netherite armored elytra will keep the chestplate but burn off the elytra.

How to Install Armored Elytras on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (25w15a).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Armored Elytras". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
