About this Mod
Similarly to the Per Aspera mod, this mod is intended to be part of the Create: Astral modpack.
In the future it may add more features, e.g. more sorts of wine, however right now this is just a collection of small bugfixes/minor improvements that the developers of said modpack felt were missing/needed.
Current additions/features/fixes:
- Fixed cooking pot GUI not opening
- Added REI Integration for Vinery Recipes (Will be removed when eventually updating to 1.19+, as Vinery added its own REI compat in newer versions)
- Fixed Vinery blocks crashing the game when built by a Create Schematicannon
As it is intended to be part of a modpack, the minecraft version in use will match the modpack. Right now this means Fabric 1.18.2.

How to Install Astral Vinery on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.18.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Astral Vinery". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Astral Vinery server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.18.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Astral Vinery compatible with fabric?
Astral Vinery officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.18.2. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Astral Vinery – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Astral Vinery consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
