What does this mod do?
This mod adds several craftable enchantments designed for technical and heavily modded gameplay.
Most enchantments in this mod focus on functionality rather than raw stat boosts, making them less susceptible to power inflation in heavily modded environments.
The few enchantments that modify attributes use percentage-based scaling, allowing them to remain effective even when player stats become exceptionally large.
Some enchantments are extremely powerful and expensive. If you do not like them, they can be disabled via the config.
Examples
Mitigation Piercing – weapon
Attacks with this item penetrate various forms of damage reduction, such as armor, potion effects, and invulnerability.
May not work on mobs with hard-coded damage logic from other mods.
Feather Touch – mining tools
Allows you to collect all destructible blocks. While crouching, the block’s internal data is stored in the item.
Warning: Nesting containers can create NBT bombs. Use caution when using this enchantment in multiplayer environments.
Compatibility – bundle
Enchantments applied to a bundle with this enchantment are applied to the items inside it, ignoring conflicts and other restrictions. Also prevents bundle repair costs from increasing.
All enchantments(currently: 19) can be toggled individually via the config.
Some enchantments have individual detailed settings.
Warning: Some enchantments require bundles. Enable vanilla bundle recipes in the experimental features to use them.

A recipe viewer mod (such as EMI) is recommended.

How to Install Astral Enchant on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Astral Enchant". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Astral Enchant server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong neoforge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Astral Enchant compatible with neoforge?
Astral Enchant officially supports neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Astral Enchant – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Astral Enchant consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
