About this Mod
Backwoods is a liminal-horror adventure mod for NeoForge and Forge.
Enter a decayed wooden world and navigate a network of connected dimensions: Backwoods, The Grain, The Still, The Familiar, Rotting, and Loss.
Face Woodbound entities like Splinters and their variants, stalking, pathing, and hunting through terrain.
Use progression items such as fragments, draughts, geodes, and effigies to survive escalating routes and recover control.
Not one of those ARG slop, alpha version slop, jumpscare slop mods that spams your chat with obfuscated text and keeps teleporting you to 420 sahurillion dimensions within 6 or 9 seconds and has .jar in the name.

How to Install Backwoods on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Backwoods". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
