Balanced XP Bottler
Convert XP into vanilla Bottles o' Enchanting with configurable tax, cost, cooldown, and bulk stack conversion.
About this Mod
Balanced XP Bottler adds a fair way to store experience in vanilla Bottles o' Enchanting without turning XP banking into an exploit.
How it works:
- Sneak + Right Click with the configured input item (default:
minecraft:glass_bottle) converts exactly 1 bottle. - Keep holding Sneak + Right Click, and after the hold timer (default: 3 seconds / 60 ticks), the mod converts all remaining possible bottles from your XP and input stack.
- Conversion is based on absolute XP points (not levels), preventing level-scaling abuse.
Key features:
- 1 click = 1 bottle.
- Hold-to-bulk conversion after configurable delay.
- Configurable XP cost per bottle.
- Configurable tax percentage (XP loss on conversion).
- Configurable cooldown to prevent spam/autoclick abuse.
- Configurable input item (
item_used). - Vanilla XP bottle output with stored XP value.
- Sound and particle feedback on conversion.
- Server-side logic for multiplayer-safe behavior.
Server config options:
xp_cost_per_bottle- XP points removed per bottle.tax_percentage- conversion loss in percent.cooldown_ticks- delay between conversion actions.hold_to_bulk_ticks- hold duration before bulk conversion starts.item_used- required input item id (default:minecraft:glass_bottle).
