Bedrock Feature to java
Bring Bedrock mechanics to Java: no attack cooldown, auto-shield when sneaking, random strongholds, and villagers never overcharge you.
About this Mod
Bedrock Feature to Java
Bring some of the most beloved (or simply different) Bedrock Edition mechanics into Minecraft Java 1.21.1+.
✅ Currently Implemented
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| No attack cooldown | Spam-click as fast as you like – every hit deals full damage. |
| Villagers never raise prices | Hit a villager? No grudges. Trading prices stay unchanged. |
| Random strongholds | Strongholds spawn randomly (~30% chance per eligible chunk) – no more fixed rings. |
| Auto‑shield when sneaking | Hold shift and your shield automatically raises. No flickering, works smoothly. |
⚙️ Configuration
- Fully configurable via Mod Menu (optional but recommended).
- Each feature can be toggled on/off independently.
- Config file:
.minecraft/config/bedrockfeaturetojava.json
❌ Planned but not yet available
- Axe damage = sword damage - 1 & axe cannot break shields (mapping issues).
- 80% accuracy for skeletons and pillagers.
- Piston‑movable containers → use Movable Block Entities mod as a companion.
- Lever not breaking when pushed by piston (difficult in Java).
🎯 Why this mod?
If you're a Java player who misses specific Bedrock behaviors – like no cooldown spam, forgiving villagers, or random strongholds – this mod is for you. Lightweight, client/server friendly, and respectful of your configuration choices.
🚀 Future updates
More Bedrock parity features will be added over time. Requests and bug reports are welcome.
Enjoy your Bedrock‑flavored Java experience! 🧱☕
