Bedrock Platform

A mod that adds some random things.

This mod was originally intended to add a hard-to-break block for building industrial base foundations, but now it adds some other useful items.

Getting Started

First, make an Oblivion Wrench, which can dismantle most blocks in this mod and some of the vanilla blocks, and restore some Exchanged blocks.

Right-clicking bedrock with a Netherite Scrap will convert it into a Bedrock Platform, which you can then sneak-right-click with the Oblivion Wrench to put it into your inventory.

Craft Ghast Tear Glass in the same way, and use it to craft Encapsulated End Portals.

Use four Encapsulated End Portals and a Bedrock (don't forget you can always use the Wrench to restore the block) to build the structure shown in the picture, then use an End Crystal to right-click the Bedrock, which will cause a violent explosion and produce a large number of Strong Interaction Blocks.

The color and functionality of these blocks can be changed by using the corresponding materials.

You can now craft boats using two types of wood from the Nether! They allow you to sail across lava quickly and safely. Who needs striders anymore?

Platforms allow you to place blocks forward without sneaking, and to move up and down easily (Depending on the pitch angle of your view). If you are not holding a Platform, sneaking will allow you to move across it. If you jump high enough, you can also crawl through a Platform and stand on it.

Geode Blocks are a cheap and strong building material. They are explosion-proof and difficult to mine, but can be easily destroyed using an Oblivion Wrench.

Precise Nether Portal can teleport you to the corresponding location in the Overworld or Nether, so you don’t have to worry about visiting other places that you were not expecting!
