About this Mod
Craft Bedrock
This datapack adds a crafting recipe for bedrock to the game. You're able to craft 8 pieces using dragon's breath, obsidian, deepslate, and stone. It also adds an enchantment which allows you to break bedrock, at the cost of a chunk of your pickaxe's durability.
Why This Matters
Unlock More Decoration: You can use bedrock for a huge range of things, including decoration. It's a perfect addition to an end or nether build and fits well in a gradient.
Easy Nether Roof Access: The new enchantment makes it much easier to make an opening to the nether roof. Feel free to connect your portals without having to make complicated block breakers!
Multiplayer-Safe: The pack is lightweight and perfect for use in an SMP with your friends. Have fun making impenetrable defenses!

How to Install BedrockCrafter on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set datapack Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "BedrockCrafter". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

BedrockCrafter server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong datapack version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (26.1.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if BedrockCrafter consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
