Survive your first night with a ready-made starter base!
Beginner's Delight automatically generates a small starter house at the world spawn point, giving new players a safe shelter with essential supplies to begin their Minecraft adventure.

🏡 Starter House at Spawn
- Automatic Generation: A small wooden house appears at the world spawn point when a new world is created
- Survival Essentials: Includes a bed, chest with starter items, and torch lighting
- Multiple Designs: Randomly selects from several house variants for variety
- Terrain Adaptive: Placement adjusts to the local terrain surface
📦 Starter Supplies
The chest in the starter house contains helpful items for early game:
- Food (bread, apples)
- Basic wooden tools
- Torches for lighting
🎮 Multiplayer Ready
- Works on both singleplayer and multiplayer servers
- All players spawn at the same location near the starter house
- The house is generated only once — no duplicates
🔧 Safe to Remove
- Built entirely with vanilla blocks (oak wood, cobblestone, etc.)
- The structure remains intact even after removing the mod
- No custom blocks or items that would cause issues
📖 How It Works
- Create a New World: Start a new world with the mod installed
- Spawn Safely: You'll spawn next to a small house with supplies
- Get Started: Open the chest for starter items and sleep in the bed to set your spawn
- Adventure Awaits: Head out to explore with a safe base to return to!

How to Install Beginner's Delight on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Beginner's Delight". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Beginner's Delight server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.11). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Beginner's Delight compatible with fabric and forge and neoforge?
Beginner's Delight officially supports fabric, forge, neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.11, 1.21.10, 1.21.9. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Beginner's Delight – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Beginner's Delight consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
