there is a new dimention with new blocks mobs and ores
it adds a new tier of armor and tools
there are new building blocks to make stuff with
like bricks stairs slabs and walls

(first to get the blocks you will need to go below -30 and find cracked bedrock
you can mine that with a diamond pickaxe you will get some bedrock dust use the bedrock dust on a quartz block once used it will become a bedrock infused quarts then place the bedrock infused quartz in the same formation as the nether portal
to light it get a nethertar from a wither and the recipies will help you further)
