Better Cake Eating

This datapack makes it so you can nibble on a cake while it's still in your hand! The bites taken out will be displayed as a durability bar, and the amount of bites will be preserved if you place the cake down.

Showcasing that item bites are preserved when placing the cake as a block.

How to Install Better Cake Eating on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set datapack Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (24w33a).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Better Cake Eating". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
