About this Mod

This mod disables elytra flight while still allowing players to equip elytra. It works by blocking elytra events for all entities, disabling elytra flight/fall flying.

This mod is effective on both the server and the client, whether in singleplayer or multiplayer (if you really wanted to, you could install it on your client and use it on a public multiplayer server)

Currently there is no configuation, but below is a list of things I plan to add:

Player whitelist/blacklist
Mod Menu toggle for singleplayer
Disable elytra fireworks

How to Install No Elytra Flight on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "No Elytra Flight". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
